This is absolutely GORGEOUS! I feel that this would've worked perfectly anywhere from 1967 through to 2013,it perfectly expresses one of the key concepts of the cybermen, that they were built to survive. Ttp focused on them in the concept of humanity repairing itself, and everything since nightmare in silver (bar the end of s10) has been about a ruthless race using humans as spare parts. All in between there, was about a species surviving at any cost, and I feel this design brilliantly encompasses that. Well done!
